Ordering

How to order

Create your order by entering the products in your shopping basket, note that your order has to reach the value of € 75.00 (our minimum orderamount). If you order products where discount applies, we will show this on the proforma-invoice that we will send you after we have received and verified your order. All prices shown are exclusive VAT !! 

Payment

Payments can be made in Euro or US-Dollar by Bank transfer.

After we verified the order, we will send an email with instructions for payment by bank transfer.
Note that Bank transfers originating from non EU-countries will be charged with an extra amount of € 20,00, that is the charge that your (intermediary) bank charges us.

Shipping

We provide shipping service with UPS and Postal service. 

Note that all transports are never insured against loss or damage, insurance is fully for the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

To return the goods the customer has to contact us within 14 days and apply for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, the RMA is valid for 14 days. Returned goods without this number will be not accepted. All returned goods have to be sent in the original package, shall not be damaged or show signs of use. All products have to be shipped to us on customers expenses and risk.
We reserve the right to apply restricted conditions of withdrawal or refund to some particular products or to consider those excluded from the withdrawal/refund right, such as for products developed on specific request. Manotoh will check the conditions of goods once received and will contact the Customer for the refund or replacement procedure, in any case the shipment costs will be deducted from the refund.
